Mad King's Realm

The Mad King's Realm, also known as the Mad Realm, is the home of Mad King Thorn and a sub-section of the Underworld. It is divided into four sections and follows a Halloween theme in appearance. It is described as a place of death and tragedy. This zone is only available during Halloween events.

- Characters stats are scaled up to level 80 while they are in the realm.

- The Scarred Psyche in Guild Wars is also within the Mad Realm.
- Unlike most explorable zones, the Mad King's Realm has three different loading screens.
