Kill the Risen commander to avenge Tybalt is a level 55 event that occurs in Whisperwill Bogs. This event can only be triggered if the player is part of the Order of Whispers and has completed the storyline quest The Battle of Claw Island.

- Don't lose track of the Risen commander or it will vanish back into the Risen horde.
