Howling Caves is an area of the Gyala Delve that lies beneath the Jade Sea, it can be seen that there are several mines where miners from the Jade Brotherhood extract the dragonjade. In the place you can see how the vegetation grows in what used to be a sea, just like there was a collapse in the Behemoth's Drop.

If unfamiliar with the area, from the Park Mining Ops Waypoint — , head toward the large processing area between the Excavation Yard and The Hollow (looks like 3 blades around greenish center piece). Follow along the pathway, heading to the left and then down into the Howling Caves.
