Goro Cleverclaws is a Quetzal tengu found in Drizzlewood Coast. After completing the Mysterious Journal collection, he will become a merchant and will also be available in the Eye of the North.

- Wonderful. I make etching paper specifically to copy the carvings. It takes one day using traditional methods. You can have the one I made today as thanks. Here. (Puts 1 Sheet of Handmade Tengu Etching Paper in Player's inventory)
