Critheann is a merchant selling cupcakes in the Trader's Forum within a Memory of Old Lion's Arch, just north of Yomm's Mercantile. She survived the attack on Lion's Arch and took refuge in the Vigil's camp in Gendarran Fields, though she did not sell anything while there. When Lion's Arch was rebuilt, she did not return.
