Chronicle Mistwalker is a charr in the Mistlock Observatory. She provides information on agony, and an agony tester can be found nearby. She also only appears when the fractal level is set to one which features agony.

- Another adventurer working with Dessa? For your own good, listen up. The deeper you go into the Mists, the more dangerous it gets.
What dangers can I expect?
- Enemies you encounter are tougher, and the strongest of them fracture the place's stability with their attacks. That asura calls it "agony."

- You can see a bit of the instability right there. Give it a touch—it won't hurt you much yet. Further in, you won't escape without a serious wound, so get used to the sensation now.

- You can reduce its effects—find gear strong enough, and you'll be able to put infusions in it. The more powerful your infusions, the more agony it will diffuse.
