Human to Asura

over on my character story for Marred Illusions (take a look on my userpage), i have a similar story. it almost seems like these projects could be the same thing, modified. I also think the story idea of an asura project capable of changing someone's race can make every person as any race make sense and not be ALL fantasy (eg. she went to sleep, woke up, and POOF! she was a charr! omg!). i think it's cool that your story has that similarity with mine, it makes it feel more real. ~~ Kiomadoushi 01:21, 7 June 2011 (UTC)

YES, but what's to say what happened in-between while he's unconscious? nobody was left to see... They go to thaw Shea Mo, and find his human body massively broken, and use the project to try to rebuild his human body, but because the creator isn't there to fix the setup, it's still set to become asura... so as Shea Mo wakes as his body reforms in working condition, he find's he's an Asura... which only happened just prior to waking? it'd be cool if there was an official lore similar to that; the asura made a machine that can re-order a person's dna and have the body rebuild itself according to this dna swap to make them change race... WHICH COULD MEAN A STORE ITEM THAT LETS YOU CHANGE RACE!!! although, that would mess up personal stories... okay, i take that back ~~ Kiomadoushi 04:55, 7 June 2011 (UTC)

branches mean not playing the same story... if you switched races, you can't just jump from this story to that one... and switch where your home instance is (a sylvari with an asuran lab as their home instance cos they were asuran first?) because that's based on story too... you'd have to go back to the beginning to switch story, which would mean you're essentially deleting and remaking your character with the same name just to change race anyways... so that couldn't work. ~~ Kiomadoushi 04:33, 8 June 2011 (UTC)
