Template talk:Item variant table row

Split[edit]

I guess it's time to properly deal with this template, based on the initial history entry: "Doodleplex moved page Template:Item variant table row to Template:Equipment variant table row: Moving this to create a template for non-equippable items so those pages aren't looking for prefixes" and based on the current usage - this template is mostly used on item container pages.

So what about creating Equipment variant table header instead such that the header and row template names match instead of messing around with one header but two different row templates that have different default rows? Would require some botting though. --Tolkyria (talk) 17:36, 24 June 2022 (UTC)

Lol just read this, having just completed the bot run. Done. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 18:29, 24 June 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for taking care of it, kinda awkard creating this discussion in hindsight as you handle this so quickly. --Tolkyria (talk) 18:40, 24 June 2022 (UTC)
We probably thought the same thing when I left that edit summary to be fair, and chronologically I created the new template 4 minutes after your comment ;) -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 18:47, 24 June 2022 (UTC)

Hint, Notes, and Uslot[edit]

With the new Gem Store update there are currently two variants of the same infinite gathering tools, one with a glyph inserted and one without. If we could get the Uslot in this template, it could prevent us from having to create two pages. Similarly, an option to add Hint and a Notes section would be highly appreciated as there are some items where this would be useful. ~Sime 18:56, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
