Weird Wind Rider

I found a Weird Wind Rider in Blazeridge Steppes near the Kinar Fort Waypoint, inside the skritt cave. It is an NPC with a sheriff logo on top of its head and it can speak. I was fighting the mobs when I saw it and I lost sight of it after killing the skritts. :/ Wiki has no information about this creature --Sir Vincent III 18:01, 27 February 2013 (UTC)

I've noticed a few other creatures wandering about recently with stars above their heads. One was an asura in a zone that was surprised I could see her. I think it might be part of the Living Story, but no idea in what capacity. --69.196.170.194 18:44, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
