"Generic Basic Armor Vendor"

"Prior to level 80, he functions as a generic basic armor vendor" is no longer the case, as my level 60 Revenant is being offered lvl 60 exotics in exchange for badges. Don't we have this data somewhere already? SarielV 15:03, 15 January 2017 (UTC)

WvW rank requirement incorrect

The page (and Merchant (WvW weaponsmith)) state that WvW rank 14 is needed to purchase weapons. I was able to purchse Bandit Sunderer while my WvW rank was only 9. Maybe this requirement has been lifted or changed? -- (gem / talk) 23:33, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
