Sorry but...does anyone take this skill serious? Around 800 healing every 10 seconds seem a bit underwhelming Lou Wolfskin (talk) 18:00, 12 March 2014 (UTC)

This is the same as Frost Spirit where it doesn't actually have the internal cooldown listed in the description, so it ends up healing *a lot* in group situations. Still competes with Healing Spring, though, which is also very good for group situations. Any Ranger can take Healing Spring no matter what build they run; Water Spirit is much less useful without at least Vigorous Spirits, and preferably Spirits Unbound too. So, what is the actual internal cooldown? I mean, if it's not the 10 seconds there should be a note about the actual cooldown. Lou Wolfskin (talk) 08:56, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
Been running around with this for a good while now and, sorry, if this has less than 10 seconds internal cooldown i don't see it, i have no indication of thinking this wouldn't be on 10 seconds so, as it is, this skill is crap, it heals far to less, the active is...meh and the fact that you don't have a condition counter with this...yeah...stick with Healing Spring. question, what determines proc'ing? skill use or hitting a target? if the 35% (or 70%) rolls on per skill usage, then thats pretty low although "one out of 3" is theoretically not bad. however... if its per hit... then multihit and/or AoE skills means full heal near always (or actually via the 70%). 67.233.98.17 06:17, 6 July 2014 (UTC)

and that was unnecessary due to discription clearly stating "on hit" and experience with sun spirit shows can proc multiple times in the 6 second window. sadly 4 second downtimes. 67.233.98.17 04:55, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
How exactly do you people determine this? Everytime, really, everytime i have someone with spirits in my team there is a clearly defined cooldown on every single proc of the spirits thats at least at 10 seconds. Where do you people get that they trigger more than once per person in that window? Show me some evidence on that because the other skills clearly states the 10 second cooldown on proc and i'm much more inclined to believe that it was just as well intended to be on this one.
