Talk:The Vaults of Holiness

I just did P1. Tere is a "Sealed Door" around the middle below the "E" in "The", when interacted with a dialogue window opens and says "The gate is secured. Something nearby much control it." (that typo is in the game). I could only select "X Let's go look." which would close the window. What's it for? Is it part of one of the other paths? Would it be worth mentioning somewhere as trivia or note? --92.216.162.243 20:08, 12 December 2017 (UTC)

Waypoints[edit]

For P3: [&BG4GAAA=] is the waypoint that opens after killing magecrusher.

For P4: [&BHEGAAA=] is the waypoint that opens when goating.

P3,4: [&BHUGAAA=] is the one that opens when killing the Lyssa Priestess

"Bug"[edit]

Is the bug comment necessary? Since the 'bug' waypoints are clearly meant to be there (since they have their own, distinct chat code), and spawn upon a location trigger within the light puzzle area, it's intended, no? The northern Vaults of Holiness Waypoint opens after doing the 2nd light orb puzzle, so it's more likely that the P1,2 gate before lupi was meant to open too, but is bugged? Idk, spitballing I guess The preceding unsigned comment was added by Frusen (talk) at 18:21, 22 April 2019‎ (UTC).

I guess anomaly is a more suitable template to use, i'll switch it. --Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 18:42, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
I can't imagine it's intended, given that even though you can waypoint to it, the way towards the Giganticus Lupicus area is blocked off. Using it is ultimately a waste of time, so it seems unintended (either it popping up, or the way being blocked). Konig (talk) 01:20, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
I meant that the P1,2 gate not opening after the light orb puzzle is a bug. That the waypoint is coded separate to the ones that open in P1,2, and it appears after the second light orb gate is opened means that there was meant to be a use for it. Frusen (talk) 10:50, 2 May 2019 (UTC)

Currently the article suggests if I do P3 or P4, there are two waypoints both named Vaults of Holiness Waypoint. Is that right? -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 19:57, 2 May 2019 (UTC)

@Frusen: I wouldn't say that it's intended even if it is coded separately. The fact of the matter is that the waypoint is in a locked room, whether it is the waypoint that's bugged, or the door, there *is* a bug and not an anomaly. It's also in an awkward position in general for those paths, since it's in an otherwise completely untouched area, which makes me think the waypoint itself isn't meant to show up (or is meant to be located elsewhere).
@Alex: I want to say yes, but it's been a while. I was confused when I saw the article too and lost confidence in my memory when I tried to remember. Konig (talk) 21:34, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
