Anyone know if this recepi is true or not? The dulfy guide ( http://dulfy.net/2014/02/18/gw2-spinal-blade-backpiece/ ) mentions nothing of this or the next step in the process, nor anything about 250 ectoplasms or mist items. -Krehlmar EDIT: I think that you can keep it "vanilla", or upgrade it to any of the 3 colours, and that you can upgrade any of the 4 colours ("vanilla" or the three colour choices) to "(Infused)" for Mist farming. But the infusing itself is not a separate craft or tier: Only a way to further upgrade a already fully upgraded item so that you can socket the infusion spot. 213.103.206.92 23:38, 19 February 2014 (UTC)

Need to add a note here saying that it "Can't be used in the Mystic Forge if transmuted." I reskinned my Tempered Spinal Blades a long time ago and now I can't infuse it or even change the stats on it. --198.84.237.21 17:33, 28 February 2016 (UTC)

Out of curiosity, have you tried to reskin it back to the original? It may end up just wasting two of your transmutation stones, but you can get those by just mapping two cities. G R E E N E R 17:55, 28 February 2016 (UTC)
