Will this cause an AOE to crit on all targets?

In general, yes. For example, if you dodge and then use Vault then it'll crit on everyone.

I don't have an ele to test it on, but the first pulse of Churning Earth's cripple effect should use up the "guaranteed crit" effect, even though it doesn't do damage. Don't quote me on that, but based on how things like thief Venoms or Vampiric Aura work, this should work similarly. --Imry ☎ 04:19, 18 April 2018 (UTC)
