Is the Festival Merchant NPC available anywhere else?

Such as the Royal Terrace, Captain's Airship, Noble's Folly, Lava Lounge, Mistlock Sanctuary, etc? --175.140.218.87 16:15, 27 October 2017 (UTC)

Not that I'm aware of. He's certainly not in the Mistlock Sanctuary (checked myself) and it doesn't seem likely he's in the others. --Idris (talk) 16:35, 27 October 2017 (UTC)

There is a Festival Rewards Vendor in Divinity's Reach but her inventory is much more limited, and the only currency she accepts is pretty much is Festival Tokens. Other than her, there's no other NPCs like Sonder who appear elsewhere at this time. - Do_odleplex 17:23, 27 October 2017 (UTC)

Is he only available during festivals?

He's been replaced by a team of skritt in Hooligan's Route, Lion's Arch. There is a skritt for each festival with a marker above their head to signify which festival.

For the looks of it, he may have made a deal with the skritt, since he's sitting in there with them. Mith🌟Talk 19:44, 17 February 2019 (UTC)
