Yes it should because the sigil is still technically equipped. Only when you switch weapon sets will the effect not activate. -Jorizen 04:09, 26 December 2012 (UTC)

The question is: do the effect of extended bleeding remain after switching weapons? Or they shorten back? Or asked in another way, will bleedings made with other weapons remain with normal duration when switching to a weapon with this kind of sigil? Or will it be extended on weapon switch?

I know the game is coded to reduce/increase existing bleed intensity when you swap weapon sets, however it seems unlikely that its clever enough to reduce a duration that has already been applied and is ticking down. Have not tested it though, but my reasoning would lead me to guess that extended duration remains. Puk (talk) 10:07, 7 July 2013 (UTC)

The duration of an applied condition is a static value that does not dynamically change if your stats change. Only condition damage does that, because it gets recalculated every second. —Dr Ishmael 14:17, 7 July 2013 (UTC)
