Go and test yourself how many points are needed and see for yourself that your numbers are wrong.
- Unfortunately at this stage I cannot prove or disprove what you are inferring, since all the community currently has to go on is % increase when a potion is consumed. However, having said that I cannot prove any numbers, this also disqualifies you from such claims, as it not possible. Before you become overly irate consider the following: Previous to reward tracks we had glory, hopefully you remember it. Glory was awarded in an equal amount to rank gain (under normal conditions) and the function of glory was later removed. It is then only natural to conclude that a reward based system would follow the same structure as ANet's first attempt (glory). If each reward was 1000 pts apart, which is what I promote, then this coincides with each potion being 500 pts. This would not conflict with observations of % increases observed from consumption. Having said that, I also concede that it is possible for the number of pts per reward to be ANY number under the sun, since we are not given anything but a % in any UI for reward progress. I hope you understand this train of thought. Puk (talk) 11:21, 29 January 2015 (UTC)
