Doesn't work. Has no effect.

I may not be observant, or maybe it was fixed recently, but I only noticed this working today. (And my main is a mesmer whose illusions crit often) Xapheus 01:26, 6 May 2013 (UTC)

...Reference?[edit]

I'm a little gun shy when it comes to references, but this could well be a The Sharper Image reference. "Images" is used two other places, and with the unusual wording of "sharp-er" it makes sense to me that someone was naming a bleed-inducing illusion skill and tweaked it to make a pun. However, this one is at best more sketchy than other references. Thoughts? Thunderduck 06:54, 26 May 2012 (UTC)

I doubt this is a reference. Mainly because of the other skills you have linked, I'm inclined to say that this is simply skill nomenclature in effect, that so happens to share name with a site/company. - Infinite - talk 07:36, 26 May 2012 (UTC)

Bleed duration?[edit]

What is the bleed duration when triggered?

Does it work for clones.....[edit]

Clones do 0 damage so how exactly can a clone get a crit

clones do a tiny bit of dmg as you lvl and put points in power and precision. Seen mine criting for 30 dmg rarely. They share your offensive stats so with a decent crit chance, 60% for me, 3 of the GS variety can maintain 10 stacks. This is about the only direct dmg they do and it isnt half bad. Condition Damage?[edit]

Does someone have reliable source on whether or not the trait is affected by condition damage? Normally clones at least do not inherit player stats, right? How about phantasms? Anyway, with fast-attacking illusions (GS, Warden spring to mind) this question has some relevance. If they could quickly stack condition damage-affected bleeding that'd be interesting.

No IC[edit]

It might be interesting to include in the article that this trait is one of the few passive triggers without an internal cooldown. If for example you cast a Phantasmal Warden it will stack bleeding real fast so there seems to be no IC. Can someone confirm? 84.173.28.86 07:21, 18 May 2014 (UTC)

Cooldowns are listed in the infobox. If there's none listed, then it doesn't have any. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 14:44, 18 May 2014 (UTC)
Does that apply to internal cooldowns that do not show up in the game as well? 84.173.28.86 18:29, 18 May 2014 (UTC)
