Rank 9 is Deer after reaching 8500

Since the new update it's actually possible to show off your rank by typing /rank. Players can use this function in the mists but not while they attend a game nor in any other pve area.

Not sure how long ago this was posted but /rank does indeed work in pve areas. Nothing more fun than /rank on a dungeon boss after whipping it :) Turial User Turial sig.png 08:53, 5 February 2013 (UTC)

What rank am I currently?[edit]

Ok, silly question, but how do you tell your current rank? I can tell what animal I am, so can narrow it down to the nearest 10 ranks, but how do I tell where I'm up to exactly? Elwynd 21:16, 29 November 2012 (UTC)

If you're in the Heart of the Mists, it'll be at the bottom of your screen - where your normal PvE character level+experience progression would be. Remiel 17:58, 1 December 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for answering that, I wanted to know too, but is this the one and only place it's found? I was looking all over my PvP tab for it earlier today till i came here. Puk 03:17, 18 December 2012 (UTC)

Move[edit]

How about [[Rank (PvP)]] and moving NPC rank to [[Rank (NPC)]]? Then have Rank redirect to one or the other, with relevant {{redirect}} and/or {{disambig}} on the articles. 75.37.20.28 02:26, 5 January 2013 (UTC)

npc rank or monster rank is not an official term.Relyk ~ talk > 03:15, 5 January 2013 (UTC)
Official term or not, if someone believes there is some confusion then a redirect/disambig is not out of the question, I second the idea. Turial User Turial sig.png 08:53, 5 February 2013 (UTC)
I like the idea to move this to "PvP Rank" or "Rank (PvP)". -- Sagi User Sagittario Asura symbol.png 09:01, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
