Talk:Queen Bee Dog

From Guild Wars 2 Wiki

um, queen bee dog is a mini boss that guards honeycombs. whatever added to the page about poison lake and poison spits is referring to an actual boss. queen bee dog is a miniboss that does spin attacks or a rapid fire spitting attack with slight delay intervals between each attack while always alternating between each. it can fly and if it looses sight of player, it'll slowly return to its guarding post (near honeycomb). it has a bee design dress in a perfect bell shape, face of a dog (or dragon i guess) and a crown on top. 164.106.166.20 15:13, 1 April 2013 (UTC)

Yes, since "bee dog" doesn't mean anything to me and I found this boss at the end of Dark Woods, I thought it was this one. The boss I have explained strategy for was a big frog queen. Feel free to copy my text to the right page, cause I don't know where to put it. Eowin 15:42, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
I already wrote a giant paragraph on it, King Toad is at the end of Kingdom of Fungus, zone 3 of world 1. See if I'm missed anything.--Relyk ~ talk > 01:22, 2 April 2013 (UTC)

Easy Strategy for 2+ people[edit]

One person should buy a whip and walk up to the mini-boss (whip is melee range). You can perma-stun the boss while the other 1-4 players just spam regular attacks. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.133.207.41 (talk • contribs) at 23:57, 1 April 2013 (UTC).

You can easily solo it with a whip, no need for a teammate. Stun the queen and then poke 2 times, then stun again... with good timing it's infantile. MalGalad 00:00, 2 April 2013 (UTC)
It's easier to alternate between whip and poke, he can get attacks off if you try to poke him twice and whip once.--Relyk ~ talk > 01:21, 2 April 2013 (UTC)

Whip no longer stuns[edit]

I've been trying to solo it, but the whip no longer has any effect on the Bee Dog.--Łô√ë Çåŕð ├┤ëŕô 02:47, 4 September 2013 (UTC)
