Acquisition

I just had one of these drop off the Tohg Atta Awoth bounty in Elon Riverlands on my engineer - so it's not elementalist-only. I took a screenshot for proof, although the item is account-bound so not sure how credible that is.

And a little later I got another one, on the same engineer, dropping off Daol Brol Shiol in Domain of Vabbi. Unfortunately no screenshot, because I didn't discover it until I was back at Mistlock Sanctuary and wanted to toss it into the bank. Maelynn
