whats the purpose of the range on this skill? the description must not be very detailed. can this be cast on ally or something?--Knighthonor 17:05, 24 March 2013 (UTC)

It's just an anomaly, some self-targeting skills have a range or radius listed. All elixirs had one added for Beta Weekend 2, but it was removed in Beta Weekend 3. No clue why it persists on some other skills. —Dr Ishmael 17:33, 24 March 2013 (UTC)

Actually arena net is making it so this skill will give stability to allies. So the 1200 range fact will give some idea of how effective this will be......my question however is if it will break allies out of stuns and ccs also?
