Any way to reach this without doing the event?

This is always the last PoI I get on my alts because of the event requirement :< Any way to get there with mounts or something? -- kazerniel (talk) 18:06, 29 December 2018 (UTC)

As far as I am aware, there is no other way to get this POI. I have HoT map completion on about 60 characters at this moment, and have spent lots of time trying to obtain this without the event being completed, with no success, both before and since the introduction of mounts.
