From the patch notes, and the name of this item, I’m pretty sure that you get it by completing the Warming Grawnk's Heart scavenger hunt. poke | talk 13:08, 17 December 2014 (UTC)

I also got it from a "Grand Chest" at the end of the Fields of Ruin jumping puzzle, strange. - Rando user

I guess you got last part of the collection from the puzzle, and got it as a reward for completing the collection at that point. DJemba (talk) 14:04, 23 May 2020 (UTC)
