There's a mastery insight in Bloodtide Coast that's not on the list. I can't figure out how to get to it, either. It's in Sorrowful Sound, just west of the "Teach quaggans how to raise crabs" renown heart. Does anybody know how to get to it? It seems to be inside a decorative pod.
