Is the total cost bigger? 1200 + 300 + 1600 != 1200. Or am I reading the bottom line wrong? --Hesione (talk) 23:54, 21 February 2020 (UTC)

You're right, the total cost of Eternal Ice Shards was not updated. Fixed. --BuffsEverywhere (talk) 00:02, 22 February 2020 (UTC)

Possible bug: I started with just the letter, crafted a single weapon, and...got a mastery point. That's not supposed to happen, right? From the look of it, it is supposed to give them at tier 3 and tier 8. --Khe

Wouldn't the cost for the first step be higher since you have to buy the corresponding Ancient Boreal Skin first? That would make it 64 gold (4 gold x 16 skins) and then 2800 Ice Shards, just to unlock the crafting recipes. WesleyM77 (talk) 22:45, 16 May 2022 (UTC)

Not accurate, but I don't see how to fix it[edit]

The achievement tiers aren't listed correctly in this article. It starts with "Collected 1 Restored Boreal Weapon" and ends with "Collected 17 Restored Boreal Weapons", but the collection actually begins by collecting the Urgent Vigil Letter, and there are only 16 weapons to collect. You reach tier 1 by collecting the letter, tier 2 by collecting 2 weapons, tier 3 by collecting 4 weapons (total), and so forth. Where is the data for the achievement stored, and how can I fix the way it's listed here? - Brian Kendig (talk) 18:19, 23 June 2022 (UTC)

Follow the link on the top right of the box, namely Whisper in the Dark (achievements), then edit the parameter "tiers" in the template {{achievement table row}}.
However, there's nothing to fix. The tier text is directly taken from the in-game achievement, unfortunately that's how it is worded in-game. --Tolkyria (talk) 18:25, 23 June 2022 (UTC)
Okay, I'll add a note to the article then. Thank you! - Brian Kendig (talk) 18:27, 23 June 2022 (UTC)

Unlocking skin *is* binding[edit]

Re. the notes, I have been unlocking the skins only, and they are added to the collection. Having said that, unlocking the skin does, of course, bind the item to your account Honnaja 07:40, 30 January 2023 (UTC)

Not always. Some items do not technically get bound to you for collections if you just throw them in the mystic forge without binding them manually first. ~Sime 11:21, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
Haha I had a feeling someone would say that :D Honnaja 13:07, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
