If we don't find anyone who owns this item with unselected prefixes, then we have to guess it.

Usually, the major 4 attribute is (major_3_attr + minor_3_attr)/2, here (13+9)/2=11 and the minor 4 attribute is equal to the celestial, here 6.

Note that this is the only rare, level 40 back item, hence, any complains about my probably incorrect assumptions will show up here. -Tolkyria (talk) 12:42, 25 June 2020 (UTC)
