Nonexclusive dyes

Feedback 2015/09/11

There are two extra dyes listed for this kit. If you compare "Lion's Arch Survivors Dye Kit" with "Lion's Arch Rebuild Dye Kit", you'll notice that all the non-exclusive dyes match up, with the exception of Winter Ice and Pewter. I propose moving these two extra dyes to the "Lion's Arch Commemorative Dye Kit", which happens to be missing three dyes. The neat thing about a wiki is that you don't need permission to edit the page. This one can be solved with a nice copy/paste.
