Possible Armorfish[edit]
I was looking through the "Recent changes" and found these images that were uploaded.
Is it possible that this is the Armorfish? Titan Crow 18:12, 24 June 2011 (UTC)
- I think its safe to assume that yeah, those would be armorfish. --BriarThe Spider 11:37, 1 July 2011 (UTC)
- I don't know; it looks more like a lobster to me, not really a fish Thering 19:22, 1 July 2011 (UTC)
- There are a lot of sea creature with the word "fish" in their names, but aren't actually fish. Star-fish, for example (though the are sometimes called sea-stars). Cray-fish are another example, they also happen to be related to the lobster. --Will Greyhawk 18:14, 16 August 2011 (UTC)
- Those look so cool, at least to me. I may have to forget about sharks entirely if those are indeed armorfish. awesomeHeadache 19:18, 16 August 2011 (UTC)

- While those fish may be classified as armor fish if tameable, I now believe they are actually one of the fish that are crustacious in appearance, either spiketail fish or sea scorpian; however, it could be another type of fishHeadache 21:27, 21 August 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, those images do show either the Spiketail or the Sea Scorpion (these two might even be using the same model; it was hard to tell). The Armored Fish creature that was also in the same video had a smooth body, finned tail, ridged spine, and protruding plates upon its head. Redshift 21:50, 21 August 2011 (UTC)

Initial info from in game added[edit]
I charmed an Armor Fish underneath Lion's Arch during the beta weekend...and saw it had no info available, so I added it along with my screenshot. I'm also going to upload screenshots of the skill icons as well for their pages, though I have no idea how to go about inserting them into the page. I'll figure that out sometime soon.--Thor79••Talk 08:54, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
Name[edit]
During the stress test, while capturing skill data in Heart of the Mists, this creature was named Armor Fish (2 words) for me: [1] I wanted to confirm this with other people before moving the page. —Dr Ishmael 20:00, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
