Locations

The lake/river is not in Zinder Slope but Venlin Vale. Regardless, I did not find a node in the lake. 152.7.16.83 06:18, 13 September 2013 (UTC)

This iron node (NOTE: it's not a rich iron node) is located on the lake floor on the NE side of the center island within the Venlin Vale lake.

There is a possible rich iron vein in the northeast part of the lake. Regardless, it is not in Zinder Slope, but Venlin Vale. RiverRhyne (talk) 22:02, 8 March 2014 (UTC)

The rich iron vein at Lionshead Outcrops in Brisban Wildlands is not always there while the rich silver vein always seems to be there. If the rich iron vein is there, it's a few steps west of the rich silver one. Sabsi talk 18:45, 22 December 2013 (UTC)

Which waypoint is meant with Blazeridge Steppes - "Heretic Plain - Rich Vein northeast of waypoint"? Heretic Plain has two waypoints, Guardian Stone Waypoint and Lunk Kraal Waypoint and I couldn't find a rich vein near either of those two. The guaranteed rich iron vein in Dredgehaunt Cliffs is no longer guaranteed. I'm not sure whether I've seen it spawn for the last week or so, so it may be gone completely. --Anonymous 18:30, 11 October 2016 (UTC)

Double Ore

I'm currently taking note of how often I get 2 ore per hit from the Rich Iron Veins, as I get this quite a lot and I was curious to see the results. Will take notes over the next week or so and post results. ~Miss Lana 01:39, 9 May 2015 (UTC)

Over 3450 hits on a rich iron ore node I received 2 iron ore per hit 1711 times. This equates to about a 49% chance to get 2 ore per hit. ~Miss Lana 10:09, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
