Drop info[edit]
Drops from Orrian Truffles? Really? I'd love to see more info on this. It might point me in the right direction as to which areas to farm.124.149.184.178 12:24, 2 December 2015 (UTC)

- I had never heard of these until my friend mentioned that he gets them all the time. Probably because he has Minstrel 1 unlocked and I don't - that would explain why I never see them. I have only anecdotal evidence but I am pretty sure these only drop for players who have the appropriate legendary collections, unless I am hideously unlucky over 4+ months. - I can confirm that these will only drop if you have a certain legendary collection started (I can't remember which one, sorry). After HoT hit I did a hell of allot of gathering and never saw them. After a while I unlocked most tier1 legendary collections and started seeing them appear here and there. I think these behave the same as most collection items which only drop when the collection is active. -Darqam (talk) 15:05, 18 March 2016 (UTC)

Item boosters do help the bounty a little. I just looted two sets of Indigo mushrooms from the same node
- I've been looting these for a while. They started dropping when I unlocked The Minstrel I: The Experimental Focus, and haven't stopped dropping. They likely won't stop until I complete The Moot III: The Energizer, if they stop at all.
- They always appear to drop in a stack of of 3-5 mushrooms, but very rarely I've gotten bigger stacks: 2x10 (Mount Maelstrom), 11 (Auric Basin), 13, and 15 (Straits of Devastation). I don't think that location matters (I just naturally spend more time in high-level zones), but still. --Imry (talk) 22:44, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
Mostly (only?) drops from Orrian Truffles[edit]
I gathered mushroom nodes throughout 1 year and never got any. I did not gather truffles because I rarely played in Orr. Today I gathered all Orr maps and immediately got some. Can we add a note that the chances for a drop are the highest with Orrian Truffle nodes? - Ray Koopa (talk) 15:19, 4 April 2020 (UTC)
