Yes, I had the bad surprise to be confronted to that trouble with my elementalist yesterday. But I was not sure if it is definitive or not, because after one hour, it was working again, and one hour later, again no more... I thought they are maybe working on modifying it. There's a forum post (en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/7157/signet-of-restoration-disabled) saying it's been disabled "to address an issue" and it will be re-enabled when that's fixed. Dunno why disabling a skill doesn't make it into the patch notes, but, hey. -Hindbrain (talk) 20:31, 5 October 2017 (UTC)

There's a bug right now where it basically makes your character act like it's OOC. Saw a twitch stream video where 3 people were just using everything on this guy, and the signet was keeping him at 100% health.--Rain Spell (talk) 20:33, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
