Prefix Selectable

If you guys want to keep the prefix table, then add it to all legendary pages. We need uniformity, but this table of prefixes is unnecessary since all current and future available prefixes will always be open to all legendaries. Instead, a note should be added that legendary weapons can switch to any stat combo at the user's wish. This would be most formal and informative way to accomplish this task. Using the "Show base ingredients" command returns the incorrect amount of materials needed to craft the legendary. Ive noticed that is says it only requires 200 shards of endeavor while the correct amount is 290. I believe this effects other items/materials as well since the total price to craft this leg. is a lot lower then what it should be.
