This item drops only once per account; if it is destroyed before being equipped, this achievement is no longer possible, even with new characters. --68.44.242.247 04:44, 27 February 2020 (UTC)
- Not true; a comment by Anet dev states: "[. . .] you will get them more rarely if you have gotten them before but not equipped them." source. So it should drop again. ~Sime

Feedback: Level 10 passed, boots missing[edit]
One feedback: My toon is by now over level 10 and I never got the boots as drops. I got the other pieces but not the boots. I don't know if anyone else got that case? --Tilu 10:32, 1 March 2020 (UTC)

- I'm not sure what you mean. I was always in beginner areas up to reaching level 10. Now I'm over level 10. Is it related to zone level and not to char level? I mean, if I keep playing in zone of level below 10, I still have a chance to get the boots, although my toon is above 10? --Tilu 07:31, 2 March 2020 (UTC)
- I reply on myself just to share information: Since we can re-farm the pieces as long as we kill with our level at - our downsized to - 10, it's no worries. I will just keep farming. Thank you. --Tilu 14:49, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
