Accessory/earring and Ring equivalents

Do any items exist with the equivalent Solder's stats (Power/Toughness/Vitality) for the other 2 trinket slots?

Yes; you can use Badges of Honor to buy exotic trinkets with this stat combination from an armor merchant in the WvW maps. I'm not aware of any way to get jewels to match, though, so for the upgrade slot you're stuck with the Crest of the Soldier (which has lower stats than an exotic jewel) or choosing a different stat combination.

By the way, I'm trying to compile a list of all the ways to get equipment with specific stat combinations on the Item nomenclature page. As far as I know, this is the only stat combination where it is possible to get exotic rings and accessories through any means other than crafting. --Felbryn 03:12, 14 November 2012 (UTC)

All this also means that there is no "PvE way" (dungeons, karma, drops, etc.) to get Soldier's trinkets, and also no way to "maximize" the Soldier's stats on the Invader's trinkets.
