Is this the replacement for Shadow Fiend? I'd never heard of this skill before. Ramei Arashi 19:17, 18 April 2011 (UTC)

"Death Shroud skill"
If you mean do Necromancers with Shadow Fiend get this ability when in Death Shroud form, then maybe. We don't know.

Shadow Fiend used to be a Death Shroud skill. That's why I asked if Dark Path replaced it when they changed Shadow Fiend to a utility skill. Ramei Arashi 16:13, 7 May 2011 (UTC)

This is fun[edit]

This skill just saved my butt. I was on a kinda narrow platform fighting somebody when I cast this... immediately after they had knocked me off the that platform, but before I hit the ground, Dark Path hit and it teleported me back up, so I took no falling damage. Pretty weird to be teleported mid air back to where you started. Previously Unsigned 00:49, 21 July 2012 (UTC)

The projectile from Dark Path is still slow, and still follows the ground (can't go up walls, takes a dive straight down when you cast it over a cliff). However, it has really good tracking now. As long as the enemy stays in range, it will hit them eventually no matter much they strafe. Ravic 06:57, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

bleeding[edit]

Fixed the time from 3 to 5s on bleeding per the latest stress test. PixelMatt 16:48, 16 August 2012 (UTC)

Bug: Dark Pursuit not activating in PVE[edit]

From multiple sources and in-game testing, as of now Dark Path does not allow you to cast Dark Pursuit even when target is hit, unobstructed, and at the same altitude.

Confirmed. It seems to start working again as intended only at level 80. ––Mojliggora (talk) 09:07, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
