Where can I find the 2 NPCs? And does it matter which one I give this item to?

On the respective pages for those 2 NPCs, their general location is mentioned but I can't find them. Could someone upload a map showing their exact locations in LA?

Does it matter (mechanics-wise, story-wise, etc) which of the 2 NPCs I give the item to? Or how many I give to each faction?

Also, under Acquisition, it says it's from a BL Chest, but I got mine from the Inquest chest that spawned after completing one of the new events from this patch. --138.75.144.128 22:07, 1 June 2016 (UTC)

Although we have no direct answer as to 'does it matter to which npc we give it to', there are rumors amongst players that there is a tally kept by ANet as to which faction gets the most crystals, and as such what happens in the next chapter. Note that this is pure speculation.

As for the acquisition method, it should be updated soon with the information you have given. I don't think anyone has recorded the events yet; which is why that information is not present at the moment ;). -Darqam (talk) 22:12, 1 June 2016 (UTC)

If it makes any difference to you, you get some achievement points at 1x, 15x and 30x. To maximise the number of AP per crystallized magic, I'd hand each NPC one each, then pick one NPC to hand any others to. -Chieftain Alex 22:50, 1 June 2016 (UTC)

I didn't get any achievement popup when I turned in 3 crystals, just the gold. Is there something that needs to be done before the achievements unlock?Perrsun (talk) 23:31, 1 June 2016 (UTC)

Hmm, curious... Notes section already mentions that it was added with June 1st, 2016 update and removed from Black Lion Chests with August 9th, 2016 update. Did it get added and removed other than that period?
