Off limits area access?

So does this provide access to the off limits area on top of the cliffs to the southwest? 1000g seems quite a lot for nothing.. -Chieftain Alex 22:34, 23 September 2016 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure that it was supposed to reduce price of the Carneval weapons in the same vendor at some point of development, according to two devs talking in this reddit post: [1]. Don't know how and if I should even add such info to main page. --ChaliElle (talk) 22:48, 23 September 2016 (UTC)

Seems silly

Doesn't show up for me

Vendor only has the non-discounted weapons tab, discounted weapons tab, and sell tab. No Patronage tab. VectorSomething (talk) 08:51, 14 January 2024 (UTC)
