Timing

This event triggered about 10 minutes after the completion of the meta and did not trigger in the previous 90 minutes although many other events in the area repeated multiple times. Not sure if this is the only trigger. Separ (talk) 03:14, 4 September 2024 (UTC)

I had a very different experience just now. It fired pretty much exactly between two metas: after one that failed but 58 minutes before the the start of the next one. According to the dialogue in my chat log, the Leviathan had been defeated 18 minutes earlier. -- Dashface 11:42, 8 September 2024 (UTC)
