Viability[edit]

I found a really cool combo a while back, and now I just tested it in the beta; it seems extremely compatible and viable.
Chronophantasma + Time Catches Up + Persistence of Memory + Master of Fragmentation, but Im still debating the option of Phantasmal Haste vs. Shattered Strength.
