@Ventriloquist[edit]

A couple of points about the notes I made:

  1. I attempted to get the achievement using only Dancing Daggers (dagger offhand). I didn't receive credit.
  2. I then backstabbed a bunch of enemies with a SWORD, and got credit for the dagger achievement.

Both are anomalies according to the wording of the achievement and probably should stay. SarielV 20 x 20px 17:56, 19 January 2019 (UTC)

As I'm hearing more and more reports on these achievements being buggy, I'm beginning to think they count for any class that can equip the specific weapon, regardless if they have it on them or not. As for this specific achievement, I got mine just by having a dagger equipped in the off-hand, and attacking with a sword. I put up a verify tag to see if it's possible to get it without having a dagger equipped at all (since your case seems to be similar to mine). —Ventriloquist 19:38, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
I'd be interested to know if it can be unlocked by hitting the training dummies in the Forge. -BuffsEverywhere (talk) 19:46, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
Hitting the dummies worked for me. Yav (talk) 05:21, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for the confirmation! I added it to the article. -BuffsEverywhere (talk) 06:05, 1 February 2019 (UTC)

Where are the training dummies exactly?[edit]

Is there a map showing their location? --202.190.1.251 05:59, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

They only have nameplates when you hover the cursor over them, they are due west of Heart of the Forge. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 17:14, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

Virtuoso[edit]

Hitting the training dummy (or any enemy, as far as I can tell) with dagger autoattacks as a virtuoso doesn't award the achievement.
