Because the item itself is named "Caudecus's Correspondence (Incomplete)" in-game. We never name an article "incomplete" when it's lacking info (we use {{stub}} and {{section-stub}} templates). Konig (talk) 17:16, 30 March 2017 (UTC)

I thought it was a bug with my copy, that it wasn't updated to a 'Caudecus's Correspondence (Complete)' version when I found the last letter. Danikat (talk) 09:56, 3 September 2017 (UTC)

Do you have to keep it?

I'm not really clear on whether or not you need to keep it or not.
