This does stack with Illusionists Celerity for Phantasmal Swordsman. Cooldown reduction traits are in general a mess in terms of what changes real cooldowns vs tooltip cooldown and what stacks vs what does not, but "Does not stack with Illusionists Celerity" is inaccurate. Affects Offhands

This affect applies while using an offhand sword, but the skills' tooltips don't seem to update the text on the recharge time of the offhand skills. For example, I had this trait and then changed it to something else. Using Illusionary riposte, the tooltip still had the reduced recharge of 12 seconds although it's recharge was 15 seconds.24.74.72.237 22:59, 25 December 2012 (UTC)
