There seems to be some alternate dialogue here, my character that completed the sylvari personal story chapter 3 Justice for Riannoc (The Bad Apple) has a completely different conversation. Below is what I see on that character, I don't have other characters that have gone through the other story steps Balteus Bloodletter features in so there might be other dialogue for characters who have.
- Well, well, well. If it isn't the fiend in the flesh, come to rub shoulders with the hoi polloi!

- So it has! Don't think I've seen you since you took down that Waine fella. Too bad he had to go out for good, but live by the sword... Well, you know how it goes

Also I experimented a bit with the formatting and linking. This is my first time even writing on the wiki whatsoever so I have no idea if I did it right but I noticed it and thought I could add.
