Moved[edit]

I saw this while adding to this Category. I am still using critter as race, I hope some-one can quick fix all the area's and npc's already made. No complaints on this move, I'll watch this page and use new name once this takes effect. Yoe Dude 01:28, 7 March 2013 (UTC)

non-standard critters[edit]

There are two creatures that come to mind immediately, but probably some others I've forgotten in my adventures...

In Queensdale and possibly elsewhere, there's an Owl of some sort, usually found flying near the beehives at Clayent Falls. Although it has a yellow (neutral) nameplate, it dies in a single hit to any damage, has a level (I think), grants experience, and (I think) drops loot. Similarly, in Wayfarer's Foothills, there are some Salmon in the river near the Bear Shrine. They are listed as level 1, and can take more than 1 damage before dying; however, they grant no experience or loot.

The Salmon I'm like 90% sure I remember counting towards the daily for killing critters, as well as counting for aquatic slayer and maybe Fish Slayer. The Owl I'd need to go and kill with the critter slayer daily up, but I suspect it will count, because it dies in one hit to anything. Vili 点 User talk:Vili 05:11, 11 December 2013 (UTC)

There's also a yellow owl (of some variety) that flies around near Krennak's Homestead in Hunter's Lake, but has extremely low health and dies in one hit. I think the salmon are simply scaled incorrectly for Grawlenfjord (effective level 5), because some of them are really close (or just over the border) to Doldenvan Passage (e.l. 8), and when I attack from within Doldenvan, I can kill them in 1 hit. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 05:43, 11 December 2013 (UTC)
