The attuned ring created by this object's associated recipe will loose its infusions or not? 79.36.54.224 02:33, 31 October 2015 (UTC)

Yes, every upgrade on an item is lost when used in a mystic forge recipe. Make sure you use an agony extraction device first. FrogKnight87 (talk) 03:15, 31 October 2015 (UTC)

Uses[edit]

So, the general recipe is:

  • this
  • ascended ring (either Infused or not)
  • +1 Agony Resistance x1
  • Philosopher's Stone x1

If you use an Infused ring, you get an Attuned Infused ring. If you use a ring that hasn't been Infused, then you get an Attuned ring that hasn't been Infused. You can then Infuse your newly Attuned ring through the normal Mystic Forge recipe.

I haven't found a way to both Infuse AND Attune a ring at the same time, like how the Spinal Blades can be both Infused and coloured in one step. --Imry (talk) 05:39, 2 November 2015 (UTC)

And how is it is a bug? It's not supposed to work with rings other than Crystalline Band and Ring of Red Death. TheyCallMeIgi | igor.5601 Chronomancer tango icon 20px.png 03:36, 11 November 2015 (UTC)

Same, the Forge will let me attune other rings, but not my Snaff's Gyre/Yakkington's Ring. Annoying, since I could infuse them. 130.126.80.180 02:08, 2 December 2015 (UTC)
