The Sacred Wolf Fang is an object found in a cave at the back of Cragstead. It can be only found after interacting with the Message in Eye of the North.

- Interacting with the Sacred Wolf Fang prompts with the "Retrieve Momento" option, which unlocks the ability to complete the Visions of the Past: Retake Cragstead achievement.
