Dialogue[edit]
Start of event:
- Bodyguard: Bandits! Stay behind me!
- Veteran Bandit Lieutenant: Hand over the woman, and I won't have to kill you.
- Bodyguard: Then you'll have to kill me. I won't surrender her.
- Veteran Bandit Lieutenant: That's a shame. I hate to waste ammunition.
The bodyguard is defeated:
- Traveling Noble: Stay away from him! He's just a boy!
- Veteran Bandit Lieutenant: Don't worry, I have no interest in him.
- Veteran Bandit Lieutenant: In fact, he'll be the one collecting your ransom.
- Traveling Noble: No! Please! You can't do this!
- Veteran Bandit Lieutenant: Oh, come now. It's a simple deal. You'll only die if your husband doesn't pay me.
- Veteran Bandit Lieutenant: There's really nothing to get hysterical about.
- Traveling Child: No! Don't go. You can't leave me.
After completing the event:
- Traveling Child: Mom! You made it! I'm so glad to see you!
- Traveling Noble: It's okay, honey. I'm glad to see you too.
- Traveling Noble: You did a great job finding help. I'm very proud of you.
- Traveling Noble: Come on now, we've got to get you to safety. Then I can reward the nice people who helped us.
