Radiating Beacons are objects found in Nyedra Surrounds. They need to be cleansed with the Heart of the Obscure during Eventide's March.

As you start the cleansing process, Beacon Cleanse is applied and a progress circle will appear above the beacon. Different foes will spawn that will attempt to interrupt the cleansing process:

• At the northern beacon: Kryptis Saboteur will spawn that deploy an Explosive Orb which will explode after a few seconds. Defeat the saboteurs before they are able to deploy an orb, and destroy the orbs to complete the cleansing.
• At the central beacon: Kryptis Saboteurs with the ability to summon explosive Kryptis spawn. They will summon Avatars of Spite next to the beacon that will charge and explode, interrupting the cleaning process. Since the saboteurs will quickly respawn, it's easier to just focus on the Avatars of Spite by standing by the beacon.
• At the southern beacon: Avatars of Spite spawn that will float towards the beacon. If they reach the beacon, they will instantly explode and the the cleansing process is interrupted. Defeat them using ranged attacks before they get near the beacon to succeed the cleansing.

If the cleansing gets interrupted, you will need to restart after the heart is recharged. If the cleansing is successful, the beacon is converted into a Cleansed Beacon.

Notes

• If the cleansing spell is interrupted, the following message is displayed in red: "The Heart of the Obscure's cleansing spell has been interrupted. The beacon remains uncleansed."
• If attempting to use the Heart of the Obscure too soon after the cleansing was interrupted, the following message is displayed in red: "The Heart of the Obscure is currently rechargin and cannot be used to cleanse any beacons."
• If the cleansing is successful, the following message is displayed in yellow: "The beacon's emotional energy has been cleansed."
• The beacon at Forward Bivouac Waypoint is cleansed automatically after the other three beacons have been cleansed.
