Acquisition[edit]
Historically obtained through Lion's Arch map completion due to a bug introduced in the August 8, 2017 patch. This bug was fixed later in the same day.

- This item was likely intended to be the map completion reward for The Desolation (see Boundary Marker for the Desolation).
